Twitter: Lindsay Lohan's Rehab Goes Beyond Abstaining from Drugs

Everyone's heard by now about LiLo's drug troubles, probation, and jail time. We even blogged about her Twitter posts from her court hearing which gained a bit of fame for Attorney Eric Luna whom she quoted in her tweets.

Now that LiLo is in serious rehab at the Betty Ford Center, she's being cut off from drugs, alcohol, and...her cell phone. That's right, the center has restricted her phone use to 2 hours a day to keep in touch with family and close friends. That means no more emails and, perhaps more importantly, no more tweets, which sources say she would use when she was "ever in a situation where she felt lonely" to vent.

Disconnecting rehab patients from their phones is a common practice at the Betty Ford Center to allow them to focus on themselves rather than their social lives.

Facebook: Justin Bieber's Facebook Profile Deleted

No, not THAT Justin Bieber, Justin Bieber of Jacksonville, FL to be precise. The unfortunate Floridian had his Facebook account deleted on suspicions of falsifying a celebrity account. Only problem was, that's his legal name, and he has every right to have a "Justin Bieber" account on the social network.

Mr. Bieber was notified that his Facebook account was disabled for using a fake name. And unfortunately, attempts to restore his claim to his identity have failed thus far. The Jacksonville man has received numerous phone calls to his residence, thinking they're calling the teen pop star. Even after changing his phone number and putting it in his wife's name, the calls keep coming after the new number was listed on a Justin Bieber fan page.

Wacky Law News: Mississippi Lawyer Put In Time Out For Not Reciting Pledge

There has long been controversy over reciting the Pledge of Allegiance in the classroom, but now there's a new fight taking place literally within the courtroom. Mississippi attorney Danny Lampley was accused of standing for, but not reciting, the Pledge of Allegiance during a court session.

Chancery Judge Talmadge Littlejohn called for the court audience to rise and recite the pledge. Lampley complied with the rise request, but witnesses say he did not recite the words. The Mississippi courts take their proceedings very seriously when it comes to the Pledge of Allegiance and the judge ordered Lampley to spend nearly 5 hours in the Lee County jail for ignoring his orders.
