After careful consideration ofthe entire record, the undersigned makes the following findings:

In making this finding, the undersigned considered all symptoms and the extent to which these symptoms can reasonably be accepted as consistent with the objective medical evidence and other evidence, based on the requirements of 20 CFR 416.929 and SSRs 96-4p and 96-7p. The undersigned has also considered opinion evidence in accordance with the requirements of 20 CFR 416.927 and SSRs 96-2p, 96-6p and 06-3p.

The claimant's impairment meets listing 11.02. Epilepsy - convulsive epilepsy (grand mal or psychomotor), documented by detailed description of a typical seizure pattern, including all associated phenomena; occurring more frequently than once a month in spite ofat least 3 months off prescribed treatment. With:
A. Daytime episodes (loss of consciousness and convulsive seizures) or
B. Noctumal episodes manifesting residuals which interfere significantly with activity during the day.

The claimant is 30 years old. She has a limited (8th grade) education. Medical evidence ofrecord shows that the claimant has a history of being HIV positive since 1994. She also has a history of seizures, with dizziness, fatigue and back and neck pain. She was prescribed Dilantin and Depakote. She was followed at Broward Specialty Care for HIV and seizures and prescribed Dilantin and Depakote. On February 2006 the claimant was hospitalized for treatment of pneumonia. She was hospitalized January 6, 2007 due to a stab wound to the neck. She denied any substance abuse in a consultative examination on October 23, 2007 with Dr. S. Rand. The claimant was hospitalized at Plantation General on June 2, 2008 after having a seizure. She was given loading doses of Dilantin and treated with antibiotics for pyuria. The record shows that the claimant was treated numerous times (8 to 10) for seizures at the emergency room through 2007 and 2008.
