As of September 2007, the claimant reported that he felt well overall and that he felt a 'Jump" in his chest on occasion but no shocks. He denied chest pain or shortness of breath but felt some chest discomfort. He felt he could not return to work because he was jittery. His cardiologist felt that he was doing well despite his complaints and recommended a cardiac rehab program since he should be able to do sedentary and light physical work.

At his January 2008 follow up with his cardiologist, the claimant's most recent echocardiogram showed an improved ejection fraction of 38%. He had few valvular problems and complained of musculoskeletal problems resulting in restricted left shoulder range of motion. The cardiologist could not pinpoint any clear cardiac etiology for any of his complaints. The claimant was admitted to the hospital in February 2008 complaining of chest pain. He reported no other symptoms and was admitted to rule out myocardial infarction and also because he had uncontrolled hypertension. He further complained of weakness and diaphoresis after eating a lot at dinner. His chest pain was somewhat atypical, and he was in hypertensive crisis. He was stable upon arrival to the hospital, and his symptoms dissipated. He received Clonidine for his high blood pressure, which was stabilized. The claimant was to be discharged if his cardiac enzymes were negative, and he was warned to avoid salt.

After considering the evidence of record, the undersigned finds that the claimant's medically determinable impairments could reasonably be expected to produce the alleged symptoms and that the claimant's statements concerning the intensity, persistence and limiting effects of these symptoms are generally credible. The claimant testified that he stays at home, watches television, and walks around the house. He gets chest pain, nausea, and fatigue throughout the day. The claimant stated that he experiences pain around the heart area and has at least two occurrences of pain in his chest that last 15 minutes in duration. The claimant's wife cooks and cleans. The claimant stated that he tries to walk for exercise but cannot make it far. He further testified that his legs get weak, and he feels a burning sensation at times. He cannot lift his left arm, and he cannot hold anything more than a spoon. The claimant stated that his medications cause dizziness, weakness, fatigue, and sleepiness. His lower back also hurts constantly.
