Sometimes you just don’t feel like exercising even though you know you need to do so. How are you going to motivate yourself? Here are some tips from About.com to get yourself to exercise when you don’t really feel like it.

- Presume Yourself Guilty (make yourself feel guilty before you back out)
- Dress the Part (get on your shorts, t-shirt and tennis shoes)

- Be a 10 Minute Man (workout for 10 minutes, which may turn into longer)
Using these tips should get you motivated and inspired to at least get started. Once you’ve started exercising, you’ll find you will want to continue.
