Click Fraud Rates in US Rising

July 23, 2009 – A new report from Anchor Intelligence details findings reveal some interesting details about click fraud rates and attempted click fraud rates in the US and beyond.

The numbers state the US saw an increase in click fraud from 21.7% in Q1 to 22.9% in Q2. Additionally, the “attempted click fraud” rates for the US are slightly over 25%. While these are definitely serious numbers that need to be addressed, Vietnam was by far the worst country affected by attempted click fraud with an astounding 50% rating. The US came in third behind Canada who has a 27.7% attempted click fraud rating.
